Ready to add a deck to your home? Want to put up a small building behind your home for your mower, etc? According to the bylaws of the development, homeowners must submit a written letter of intent PRIOR to beginning construction and obtain SRHOA Board approval for new decks, fences, patios, mailboxes, sheds, or other additions to the property to the HOA.
The letter should include a description of the improvement that will be constructed on the property, the color, the materials, a scaled drawing or sketch of the proposed project, and contact information including homeowner name, address, sublot number, email address and phone number.
